Who's using Air-Pots
We are passionate about growing trees of the best possible quality, which will thrive in the landscape to be enjoyed by future generations. Fortunately, we have great customers and colleagues who share this passion and interest. The Air-Pot can be used in many different ways and circumstances and the following pages will be continually developed to provide a resource for those who wish to achieve the same ends.
Best in show! ‘Air-Pot Grown from Seed’, not surprisingly means that the stock has only ever been grown in an Air-Pot and can therefore boast a root system, which has been air-pruned from the outset and never been susceptible to damage incurred by standard containers.
Some growers see the production process from seed to maturity in Air-Pots; others buy in Air-Pot grown stock to grow on in Air-Pots. They all recognise the superior performance of an Air-Pot grown plant.
These customers use predominantly Air-Pots on their nurseries. Often, they are growing on or finishing off field grown stock in Air-Pots. Quality is key and Air-Pots form a corner stone of the nursery’s promotional activity.
